Significant projects:

2009-2016. Renovation and improvement project at the Campanet Cemetery.

An intervention to improve the conditions of the pavilion of sails and to eliminate the architectural barriers of all the set, as well as endow of a greater dignity and reinforcement of the central smelting.

2014. Project of integral reform of the multifunctional room of Campanet.

The old Culture Room required a complete intervention to provide it with more security, acoustic and lighting conditions as well as greater general comfort.

2008. Project of integral reform of the building of the old City council of Campanet.

The old town hall building was completely renovated to remove architectural barriers and enable it as a library, local police station, social services, archive and multifunctional rooms.

2007. Arrangement of the Plaça de l’Ermita in Sant Miquel de Campanet.

The square of this important place did not have any type of pavement. The project consisted of equipping it with a trestle that respects the variations of level and the general historical atmosphere.

2004. Pollença municipal slaughterhouse refurbishment project as a refuge for the Dry Stone Route.

The old municipal slaughterhouse had an unfortunate appearance. A complete refurbishment is being carried out to enable a new hiking refuge on the Dry Stone Route of the Consell de Mallorca.

2003. Rehabilitation project of the Hostelry, Taverneta and New Construction, of the Castle of Alaró for refuge of the Stone Route in Sec.

The whole of Alaró Castle was rehabilitated to house a hiking refuge on the Dry Stone Route. The architect Cifre was responsible for drafting the complete project and partially directing the works (the last phase of works was directed by other technicians of the Consell de Mallorca and finished in 2011.

2003. “Son Amer” rehabilitation project as a refuge for the Dry Stone Route.

The old houses of Son Amer (Lluc, Escorca) were rehabilitated to use them as a refuge for the Dry Stone Route (GR221). It was an old property with almost 1,000m2 built. A new kitchen was enabled, a main staircase leading to the whole building, rest rooms and architectural barriers were removed, placing an elevator.

2001. Kindergarten for the City Council of Santa Eugènia

This small municipality did not have a municipal nursery school. The City Council commissioned the Consell de Mallorca with the project for the construction of a new nursery, in which the architect B.Cifre participated as director of the works and in the appropriate modifications of a pre-existing project, for such as to improve it and give it more architectural interest.

2001. New building for the Santa Eugènia City Council headquarters

In the municipality of Santa Eugènia (Mallorca) it had the City Council headquarters in a small building in the main square. The City Council bought a large house in the same square called "Can Perico" and commissioned the Consell de Mallorca to project a reform that would make it the new municipal headquarters.

The intervention of the architect B.Cifre was the direction of the work and modification of the pre-existing project in order to give it a greater architectural interest.

2001. Warehouse for the municipal brigade of Vilafranca de Bonany

This is a project to provide the municipal brigade of Vilafranca de Bonany (Mallorca) with a space for storage, garage and changing rooms for workers, in a building that optimizes the speed of construction and costs.

It is located next to the Adult School.

2001. School for adults for the Mancomunitat del Pla (Vilafranca de Bonany)

A small classroom building for the Adult School for the Mancomunitat del Pla. The classrooms are arranged with a backyard from which they receive lighting. In some walls, we wanted to use ceramics, a building material very typical of this municipality, known for its terracota tiles.

2016. Reform and improvement project at the Guillem Cifre Cultural Center in Cologne. (Drafting: Technical Cooperation Services, Consell de Mallorca).

2016-2018. Pedestrianization project and improvements to the seafront of the Port of Pollença. (Drafting: SS.TT. municipal).

2015. New access project to the town of Pollença (Can Febus). (Drafting: SS.TT. municipal).
