Significant projects / New works:

2021. "Can Suau" detached house.

It is a question of a house in a rustic soil, located in a place halfway between the mountain of La Punta and the Bay of Pollença. These references have been taken into account in their design, which, although distant, condition the views and the prevailing winds on the site.

Criteria for sustainable construction have been taken into account, with CO2 consumption levels below regulatory requirements. It has "Ytong" lightweight concrete walls, air renewal with heat recovery and photovoltaic support for electricity consumption.

2020. New detached house in Cala Sant Vicenç.

The old house was completely demolished. In its place, occupying a plot that faces three streets, there was a house that faces south through its windows and pool, and instead closes to the neighboring plots. The upper floor rises separating from the neighbor and resting on the corner. Inside, a double-height central space houses the staircase and organizes the two levels.

In its construction special foundation techniques were used given the situation on an old torrent.

A major effort was also made in sustainability, with Ytong monolayer walls of low heat-transmitting blocks, prefabricated slab slabs to lower costs, shorten time and generate less waste, heating and hot water for aerothermal and photovoltaic solar panels.

2016. New home in the Vall de Colonya (Pollença)

A new home in a rustic property located at the foot of the Sierra de la Coma. The house is protected from both the views from the road and the north winds. Instead it opens to the southeast with the terraces and pool.

The character of the different façades is reinforced with the materials, which are harder on the slightly open façades. the weight of the stone walls contracts with the cantilevers of the sloping roofs.

2011. New house between medians in the street Frai Juníper (Pollença).

In a small plot of land in one of the extensions of Pollença, a single-family building was proposed on three heights and a roof corresponding to a garage, day area, night area and laundry respectively.

The building was built in a metal structure to avoid pillars in between and thus make better use of the floor area.

2008. New home in Carrer Olivera (Llenaire, Port de Pollença).

A plot of land overlooking the swimming pool is projected on a plot of land in the Llenaire urbanization (Port de Pollença), at the same time looking for the sea views provided by the first floor terrace.

The horizontal lines of the terrace, together with those of the sloping roofs mark the image of this house, in contrast to a heavy irregular stone plinth.

The staircase occupies the heart of the house and fills the double space that organizes the different rooms.
