In different phases, the building was renovated, first the house and the façade and later the commercial premises on the ground floor. The façade was left with the stonework and tides in sight. In the room, previously occupied by a bench, interior partitions were removed and the arches that support the roof were left visible.

The project included a deep rehabilitation of the beams, severely affected by the white ant. (decoration of the premises not included in the project)

2017. Facilitation of housing in a multi-family building. Philip Newman Street (Pollença).

It was a question of enabling a new house on an undistributed floor of a building from the 70s. The project placed the day rooms facing the main façade, looking for the south orientation. The bedrooms overlook the tranquillity of the inner courtyard. The central area is occupied by the bathrooms and laundry, with zenithally lighting through new skylights open to the roof.

A small house on the corner between Carrer Lleó and Carrer Creus, in the historic town of Pollença. The challenge was to make the most of the small usable area of the building and respect the historic character of the building. It was achieved by demolishing and rebuilding a small volume of modern construction and redoing the entire distribution internally. The roof was also improved to make the lower space habitable and thus achieve two effective habitable floors.
